Parquet layer / Furniture Maker.

Do you have an eye for detail and a solution-oriented mindset? Does custom work excite you? At Zijlstra Interiors, we are seeking a parquet layer (or willing to learn). Will you join our team?

What will you do?
As a parquet layer, you will operate independently or as part of a team, working on-site at one of our corporate clients or private residences. You are the face of the company and are mainly responsible for installing wooden floors.

Job requirements

  • Affinity for laying and maintaining floors
  • Two capable hands and common sense
  • Skilled with machines and tools
  • Practical yet precise
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility in handling changes in scheduling
  • Valid Driver’s License B is a requirement
  • Preferred experience in installing, sanding, and treating floors

  • Salary in accordance with the Furniture Collective Labor Agreement, depending on experience and education
