Job description

We are looking for a Flooring Installer to strengthen our team. In this role, you will work together with colleagues on projects for luxury yachts and private clients. As a flooring installer, you will work on-site and be responsible for installing a variety of flooring systems, window coverings (electric blinds), and furniture.

At Zijlstra, a great deal of custom-made work is produced, which must be installed at the client’s location. This is a highly varied position, no two days are the same.

Job requirements

  • Preferably several years of work experience; internal training is also possible;
  • Flexible attitude;
  • Knowledge of materials (upholstery, flooring, window coverings);
  • Affinity with the yacht and residential interior industry;
  • Presentable and customer-oriented;
  • Available full-time;
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • In possession of a valid driver’s license (Category B);


What we offer
As a Flooring Installer, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself within our team. In addition, we offer:

  • Salary in accordance with the Dutch Interior Construction Collective Labour Agreement (CAO), depending on experience and education;
